Packing advice and tips

The containers that have some type of liquid, must be in a transparent bag (ziploc) closed to avoid spills.

Glass containers or some fragile material must be protected.

Delivery time is approximately 10 days, please do not send perishable products.

The box that you sent to Mexico Missions Express office is the same one that will be sent to the mission offices.

You can send reused boxes, but they must be in good condition; we recommend using new boxes.

Put the name of the missionary and the mission where he serves, on the side of the box.
Restrictions By law you can not send the following articles:

Firearms

Products containing gunpowder

Illicit Drugs (medications if allowed)

Fresh meat

Seeds for planting

Fruits and vegetables

Plants
-
Animal skins
-
For security under supervision the box is opened before entering customs to verify that the products do not violate the law.

You can send chocolate, packaged food, makeup, dried fruit, beef jerky; you can also send medications, but they must be in their original packaging.

You can send some wrapped gifts, but it is not good to wrap all the things in the package. When all things are wrapped, sometimes the customs staff asks to open some of them.
